According to reports, Apple is planning to reserve the name “iPhone 7” smartphone, which will debut on the market in 2017. It is reported by Venturebeat, citing sources close to the company.

In addition, this leakage is consistent with the information that Apple switches to a longer three-year update cycle of the iPhone design, as practiced today against the two-year cycle.

iPhone release 2016 will get minor exterior changes compared to the current flagship iPhone 6s. The standard version should get a 4.7-inch screen, and its “big brother” will be equipped with 5.5-inch display — same as last year.
