Apple will show everyone the Europeans how to program
The company will hold in your company’s offline stores master classes on programming in the framework of the week of coding in the EU. There will be a total of more than 2000 lessons across Europe. The event will be free and available to everyone, reports techradar.
Apple has long been a big supporter of attracting people, especially children, to programming, and the company’s participation in the European week of coding, which runs from 6 to 21 October, offers a fantastic opportunity for people interested in learning more about coding.
Apple will conduct at least one lesson every day in every Apple store across Europe. According to the company, the sessions “are designed to inspire and help people of all ages and levels to learn to write code for practical examples.”
In 2017, 1.2 million people from more than 50 countries participated in a Week of Coding, the EU, and it is likely that this year’s event will be even more ambitious.
Apple CEO Tim cook said: “Apple has long held that coding is the language of the future, and we have created a number of tools to make it interesting and accessible to all. We are very happy to spend thousands of lessons in Apple stores for Weeks of Coding of the EU and can’t wait to share my love of programming with young students and teachers across Europe”.
