CMRA: the first smart strap with built-in camera for Apple Watch [video]
Apple considered several possible options of the equipment “smart” watches Apple Watch the second generation, among whom were front-facing camera. Glide, the company introduced the “smart” strap, which is equipped with a built-in camera. Now the owners of Apple Watch can take photos and videos without taking your iPhone out of your pocket.
Accessory called CMRA is equipped with two lenses. The first is used for normal shooting and has a resolution of 8 megapixels, the second – self, the resolution is only 2 megapixels. Both support video recording at 720p.
On the smart strap is a small button which the camera comes into action. Built-in battery CMRA provides shooting 100 pictures or shot 30 minutes of video. The amount of internal memory is 8 GB.
The developers have provided a docking station for the strap with its own battery, which is enough in order to two times to fully charge the Apple Watch and CRMA.
Order Glide CMRA on the developers website at a price of $ 150. The company later raised the price to $ 200, and after the start of sales of the product will cost $ 250. The beginning of deliveries of the smart strap is planned for spring.
