Life hack: how to charge your iPhone twice as fast
The more capabilities of the iPhone and iPad we use, the faster the battery runs out. But remember we are about depleting the battery, as always in the last moment. Single recipe that would fully discharge a gadget for a few minutes, of course not. However, there is a very easy way to speed up the process.
The project SuperSaf TV decided to find out how much faster you can charge the iPhone if not use the supplied power adapter, and the adapter for iPad. Bloggers conducted an experiment with two smartphones the iPhone 7 Plus. Some were connected to the factory power supply, the second to charge from Apple. The tests measured the refilling rate charge from 0% to 100%.
So the first time the battery charge level checked in half an hour after the start. iPhone 7 Plus with a standard charge showed 17%, and with the adapter from the iPad at 34%. The difference is that the called available. The second measurement, made in an hour, showed the following results: 35% in the first and 64% in the second smartphone. Half an hour later the charge indicator gadgets was at 53% and 85%, respectively.

In the end, the iPhone 7 Plus connected to the adapter from the iPad, came to the finish line in 2 hours and 5 minutes. At the same time the iPhone 7 Plus was charged to 73%. Final the final was 3 hours and 43 minutes (!)
Why the process is faster? It’s very simple. The charging rate of the battery depends on the energy source to which it is connected. Standard charger for smartphones Apple provides a charging current of 1 amp, and the adapter supports iPad 2.1 ampere. That’s why you can charge your iPhone to 100% using powerful charger is much faster.

The difference in charge speed iPhone surprised the authors of the experiment. The buyer of the smartphone cost $1000 have to spend another $20 to purchase adapter to solve the problem with the charging, outraged SuperSaf TV.
It should be noted that this hack only works for the iPhone 7/6s/6 Plus and iPhone 7/6s/6 Plus. Charge more early models with an adapter from the iPad, of course, possible, but to accelerate the process will fail.
