[Tips & tricks] to calibrate the Home button on iOS devices
Many of our users often complained about the problem with the Home button on their favorite iOS devices. Say, a single button works through time. Typically, this problem occurs on average a year and a half of active use of their iOS device, but sometimes earlier. If your iPhone is already three years, but you don’t understand what it is — rejoice, you are in luck.
Before you incur your iOS device into service, I advise you to try a simple method of calibration that can be done at home. Like it or not, of course, run in service, but why not try?
So, here’s a little step by step guide:
1. Launch any standard app on your iOS device. The standard application is, for example, “Notes”, “Watch”, “Stocks”, “Weather”, and so on.
2. When you open the application, press and hold the Power button until then, until you see a familiar proposal to turn off the device. The main thing — do not turn it off, just wait for that moment.
3. As soon as the slider says “Off” will appear on the screen of your iOS device, press and hold the Home button. To keep her need to be somewhere for 10 seconds, then the application must force to complete its work.
If you believe the numerous articles and videos on this subject, after this simple procedure, the Home button should be as new and respond to all the pressing as if you just got your iOS device out of the box. Like it or not, unfortunately, personally I can not say, on my iPhone there is no such problem. So please write in comments if this method you.
