Apple got its own app

Today Apple released the App Store a new app under its own account — Apple Support. As the name implies, this is the official app supporting the company before this could be reached either by phone, or via chat on the Apple website.

The application is a almost a copy of the Apple support site, except for the fact that everything here is minimized and adapted to the mobile device. On the main screen is available for all devices a user can click on desired device and to select a problem in one click — for example, a broken iPhone screen.

In the program, Apple Support is also available location of the nearest authorized service centers where you can carry out the repair under warranty. And, most importantly, it is possible to contact support via chat.

So far, the app is only available in the App Store of Holland — apparently, Apple’s “trial run” it before launching in other countries.
