Apple launched a promotion in which purchases can be returned until January 20, 2017
On Friday Apple launched a holiday campaign, under which buyers can return the items purchased until January 20, 2017. To take part in it are residents of the United States, Australia, Canada and some European countries.
In terms of action, the purchaser may return the purchased iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple TV if they are not approached for any reason. These devices can be used until the date indicated above, however, if you wish to return the goods must be intact and have the original packaging.
Before you return any Apple product, the company asks to make sure that you have the RMA number, with all accessories, guarantees and other products supplied, all packaging materials supplied, tightly-closed packaging.
Relevant to the United States, Australia, Canada and some other regions, the campaign will last until January 8 for Europe – 20 Jan.
Apple called the 8 product categories for which the offer is not valid:
- Opened memory.
- The downloaded software.
- Activated software.
- The printed materials.
- The software upgrades.
- Gift cards Apple.
- Apple gift package.
- Any Apple Developer products (membership and technical support, the tickets for WWDC).
The promotion applies to purchases made from November 10 to December 25 of this year. Apple asks customers for equipment to keep a paper copy of the receipt, which will indicate the date of return of the product.
Other countries will apply the standard rules for the return of goods within two weeks from the date of purchase.
