Apple support again recognized lucsa review

Apple the best on many parameters — profitability, popularity among consumers phones — and, of course, the quality of technical support. 3200 survey of users conducted by Consumer Reports once again showed how much people from different countries appreciate the assistance from the manufacturer.

The majority of respondents (four out of five) reported that technical support was able to solve the problem. At the same time, users of equipment from other manufacturers noted that their employees solve problems in 50% of cases.

It is also worth noting that people chose Apple support even though the company provides it for free only for 90 days from the date of purchase, while other companies guarantee a year of free care (on average).

Explain that the current situation is nothing new for Cupertino: Apple is leading in these polls almost 10 years. For the first time the manufacturer has become the leader of the survey in 2007.
