How to roll back iOS 10.1.1 10.2 on iOS on iPhone and iPad

How to downgrade iOS to iOS 10.1.1 10.2:
Step 1: Download the IPSW file for iOS 10.1.1 at this link.
Step 2: Download and install the latest version of iTunes. A link to download.
Step 3: Check that you have a backup of your iPhone and iPad. This can be done by going to settings iCloud –> Backup –> Create backup, or connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer and saving the backup in iTunes.
Step 4: turn Off Touch ID/Password in the basic settings section.
Step 5: turn Off Find my iPhone in Settings –> iCloud.
Step 6: connect to your PC device running iOS 10.2.
Step 7: Open iTunes and in the top pane of the program choose your gadget.
Step 8: Hold the keyboard Shift (or Alt on macOS), click the button “Restore”.
Step 9: In the program window, specify the firmware file iOS 10.1.1, which you downloaded in step 1.
Step 10: Wait for the completion of the procedure, the recovery process the OS will take some time. You can now use the device!
