[iOS] Custom 3D Touch sensitivity
3D Touch is a new feature introduced in the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. With it, the system recognizes intensity of depression and allows interaction with the device to a whole new level. However, to get used to the new product takes time, and, at first, from accidental clicks can not escape. To reduce the likelihood of the latter is easy when using the iOS settings.
Menu “Universal access” has long become a host location for various interesting options that allow you to customize the interface to your liking. One of these options is the sensitivity of 3D Touch, allowing you to customize how strong must be pressed to trigger the function. This is done in a few simple steps.
- Proceed to the section “General” menu “Settings” of your iOS device
- Choose the section “Universal access”
- Open the item “3D Touch”
In the menu that appears, you can choose the pressure level required to enable the 3D Touch. The system offers three options — mild, medium and strong; if you frequently call option at random, a viable option may be the last. In this menu you can test the 3D Touch at the selected level, or disable the function by moving the first switch to the off position. However, this is hardly appropriate, in my opinion, 3D Touch an order of magnitude faster to work with the device, and for your humble service she had become a great helper for every day.
I hope this advice will help make the iOS interface even more convenient. Nice touches!
