ITunes update broke the work Safari on OS X Yosemite

Apple updates iTunes 12.8.1 for OS X Yosemite. Minor update fixed a problem that interfered with work AirPlay and broke the Safari browser.

OS X Yosemite users 10.10.5 announced that the iTunes update 12.8.1 somehow have violated the Safari 10.1.2. This is the latest version of Safari for OS X Yosemite. When you start the browser, Mac users see the following notice:
