Passwords in iOS 12 will be even safer

In iOS 12 two-textured authentication will become easier, and the system will warn users about weak passwords.

The Safari browser has long offered users a strong password, when you need a new secret combination. Passwords stored in iCloud Keychain and can be used on all connected devices.

With the release of iOS 12 this function as two-factor authentication will be available for third party apps.

In a two-step authentication, the application sends a text message with a code to enter. To simplify the process, iOS 12 will automatically redirect the user directly to the desired program to enter the code.

Security codes will appear on the quick set — at the top of the keyboard. Therefore, iPhone owners no longer have to remember a six-digit combination.

The managers of passwords, third party applications will be available to the autocomplete password, which will significantly speed up the work.

These and other innovations discussed at the conference Apple developers WWDC, held in San josé from 4 to 8 June 2018.
