Samsung has introduced a curved 24-inch monitor with AMD FreeSync support and the unusual stand
Samsung unveiled curved computer monitor C24FG70, which are characterized by high frame rate compatible with AMD FreeSync ™ technology. The device offers high color rendering and very low response time matrix. A unique feature of the models have wide possibilities for adjusting the position of the display.
Samsung C24FG70 features a 24-inch matrix SVA (Super Vertical Alignment) 1920 x 1080 pixels. The refresh rate is 144 Hz and a response time of 1 MS (GtG). The contrast ratio is 3000:1. The radius of curvature of the screen is 1800mm (1800R).
The viewing angles are typical for such panel and both vertically and horizontally equal to 178 degrees. The design has 8-bit color depth. A special feature is the wide colour coverage: the manufacturer declares 125% sRGB.
The monitor is used used in Samsung TVs Quantum Dot technology. The device supports AMD FreeSync and frame rate to 144 Hz.
Monitor C24FG70 will be in stores in October of this year. Its price will be 449 euros.
