What should I do if I work Night Shift on iOS 9.3?

With the release of iOS 9.3 yesterday to iOS devices is now available Night Shift, which automatically changes the “temperature” of your screen depending on the daily changes. It is even possible to activate the detection of sunset and sunrise, so as not to switch the switches manually.

However, some users have encountered a problem, when the detection of sunset and sunrise not working on their devices. As it turned out, this is a bug, and we hope that Apple will fix it in the next few days. In the meantime you can solve this problem yourself.

Open device settings, in the Privacy section. Select “location Services” — “System services” and scroll to the menu “Time zone”. Turn on the appropriate toggle.

After this Night Shift will work in full mode. Be careful, this function works not on every device with iOS 9.3 on Board. It is available for iPhone 5s and newer (e.g., SE), iPad Air and newer iPad mini 2 and later, the sixth-generation iPod Touch.
