Now macOS High Sierra can work with external graphics cards PCI-E from Nvidia.

Manufacturer GeForce recently released a driver with support for the Pascal architecture for the new version of macOS. Now to the Mac, you can connect an external video processor with power supply. This only applies to laptops with Thunderbolt ports 3.

The current version of drivers is only suitable for macOS 10.13. After every system update Apple will have to wait for the appropriate patch from Nvidia.
